Terms and conditions for customers


For the business of any kind between the company and the customer GENATA Motor Ltd., the following terms and conditions in their respective valid version. From our terms and conditions of the customer we do not accept and hereby reject such. With his contract offer, the customer agrees with this agreement expressly agree.

Offer and contract conclusion

Orders will only become legally binding once we have received a written order or other order forms we have confirmed in writing. You have to order in writing to the customer the opportunity via e-mail or fax. In addition, we will send you on request to an order form. Only after the order is a written order for us to be accepted.

An order placed by the customer is binding.

Prices and Payment

Orders are executed at the prices prevailing at the date of order. Unless stated in the order confirmation states otherwise, apply our Prices at the factory in Frankfurt, including the packaging.

All inclusive rates include the applicable in the Federal Republic of Germany VAT, but excluding shipping and transport costs. Price changes, errors and omissions excepted.

Import tax, duties, fees, charges, etc. to be paid by buyers abroad themselves.

GENATA Motor GmbH is entitled to correct erroneously given the wrong prices. Leads to a correction of a price increase, the buyer to rescind the contract.

For the payment in advance, you will find our bank Imprint on the page and on your Confirmation Email.

Unless the order confirmation states otherwise, the purchase price for supplies or other Poweren is payable in advance. A payment shall be considered made when the company may have GENATA Motor GmbH of the amount.

 Shipping and handling

GENATA Motor GmbH shipped usually within 24 to 48 hours of payment. We are not liable for delays in delivery due to force majeure, riot, strike, lockout and no fault of considerable disruption and the occurrence of unforeseen events, we could not prevent despite the circumstances of the case meet expectant care.

Products such as quad, motorcycle, etc. are part assembled kit form. The final assembly is done by the buyer. The buyer is responsible for the safe condition. Please refer servicing to qualified service personnel. before using it.


We always stand behind what we sell, with warranty and excellent customer service. This is the biggest difference between our company and other suppliers suppliers whose parts and service are difficult to get.

In the period of warranty, you should pay for sending faulty parts back to us, and we will pay for sending replacements to you. When complaining about a visual defect, you need not send us the faulty parts if you could Provide us with enough photos as requested. In case of no photos or invisible defect, you have to send back the faulty parts to us. When a product or part is Exchanged, any replacement item becomes your property and the replaced item becomes GENATA property.

GENATA warrants our products against manufacturer’s defects in materials and workmanship. This warranty does not apply:

(a) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, misapplication, or non-Bestar products;

(b) to damage caused by service performed by anyone other than Bestar;

(c) to a product or part that has been modified without the written permission of GENATA GmbH;

(d) if any GENATA serial number has been removed or defaced

Customer must present evidence that the claimed products were bought with GENATA and the malfunction is due to manufacturer’s defect. All warranty claims must be authorized and accepted by GENATA in advance.
